Pike fishing is probably what attracts most anglers to Allgunnen , which is a real big pike lake. And you can understand them, because what in sport fishing can give such an adrenaline rush as when a pike hits a fast jerkbait? Fish of up to 19 kilos have been documented from the lake.
With its 1380 hectares, Allgunnen is the largest lake in Sävsjö municipality and is relatively patchy in shape, with several large bays. In addition to its large pikes, the lake is home to a population of large pike and fine perch. Great terns, ospreys, little hawks and larkspurs nest in Allgunnen. There are also colonies of herons and terns.

Our desire in Allgunnens FVOF (fishing conservation area association) is to manage fishing resources in the long term, in collaboration with fishermen, through regulation of fishing, biotope conservation and information to preserve the balance of the ecosystem and promote viable fishing.
TOGETHER we care for our resources
