Description:

Yellow Card's deepest lake with 48 meters. Char was planted for the first time in the mid-80s by Sportfiskarna, but more releases can not take place at the moment due to infection control rules. However, the char have formed a self-reproducing population. The largest char caught weighed 3,265 kg. Blackfish have been planted as bait fish and they have also started to reproduce. In the spring, char can be caught in slightly shallower waters, while in winter and summer, fishing at a depth of at least 15 meters offers the best chances. Perch in the North Sea can also grow very large.

The North Sea is part of the Yellow Card, a fishing license that covers 60 different lakes and rivers in the Gothenburg area.
