Sportfiskekortet, Råcksta träsk

The scope of the angling license:

Råcksta Swamp belongs to the Sport Fishing License, a fishing license that covers about 40 lakes in the Stockholm region. The entire lake is included in the fishing license. See map below for more detailed information. Lake area: 3.3 hectares.

Fishing tips:

Råcksta träsk has no trophy fish species but offers good fishing for small tench and rudd with a chance of medium-sized carp. The lake is part of Grimsta nature reserve. The lake is also important for amphibians and dragonflies. Bird life is relatively species-poor.

Availability:

There are some good fishing spots around the lake. Very large reed belts have spread around the shore edges.

Public transportation:

The green line of the subway gets off at Råcksta.
