The scope of the angling license:
Tyresö Flaten belongs to the Sport Fishing License, a fishing license that covers about 40 lakes in the Stockholm region. The fishing license is valid in the entire lake, as well as Gammelströmmen and Nyforsströmmen (the lake's inlet and outlet). See the map for more detailed information. Lake area: 36 hectares.
Description:
The lake borders Tyresta National Park to the south and Alby Nature Reserve to the north. Good fishing for perch.

See general regulations.Boat motor ban prevails in the lake including the old stream. Tyresö Fvf has an exemption from the County Administrative Board to use a motor for fish conservation and for certain rental activities.

Good shore fishing opportunities.Boats to Tyresö Flaten are available for hire at OKQ8 in Bollmora. These can be booked in advance through Tyresö Fvf.

Metro to Gullmarsplan, from there bus to Nyfors.
