Description:

Västra Långevattnet is located just north of Lilla Delsjön and there is a bike path all the way to the lake if you come from Delsjöarna. You can also take the bike path from Härlanda tjärn, but then you have to walk the last bit via a long staircase - an experience and challenge in itself. The lake is a little remote and has a built-in Norrland feel with surrounding low-growing birch and heather. Västra Långevattnet has a stock of perch, but stocking of rainbow trout that can be fished with all sport fishing methods takes place annually. Swimming is preferred during the summer, otherwise the lake is suitable for family outings.
